Private Dinner Forums
Small rooms, hosted with intention, where practice owners and senior clinicians can speak plainly about leadership and judgment calls.
Confidential forums, curated cohorts, CE-focused learning, and mastermind-style conversations for doctors who want to grow with people they trust.
About
Smile Society STL is for dental leaders who value discretion, shared experience, and a higher-quality room. The work is not to perform expertise. It is to compare judgment, ask better questions, and leave with sharper thinking.
The society is local by design. St. Louis has its own practice realities, relationships, and responsibilities. That context matters when the conversation turns from theory to leadership.

Who it is for
Practice owners, partners, and senior dental leaders who contribute to a confidential peer room.
What we look for
Maturity, discretion, generosity, local commitment, and a willingness to participate beyond surface-level updates.
Experience
The format is intentionally restrained: refined settings, thoughtful prompts, and enough structure to keep the evening useful without turning it into another presentation.
Small rooms, hosted with intention, where practice owners and senior clinicians can speak plainly about leadership and judgment calls.
Cohort-based discussion around hiring, partnership, patient communication, transitions, and the pressure of leading a clinical team.
CE-focused sessions designed to keep the conversation going after the formal presentation ends.
Forums
The best sessions feel less like content consumption and more like practiced leadership. Members bring real questions. The room brings perspective, accountability, and the confidence that the conversation stays where it belongs.
Confidentiality Pledge
Members are expected to protect identities, practice details, patient context, and sensitive leadership conversations. The standard is simple: speak with honesty, listen with care, and do not carry private conversations into public rooms.
Discretion is not a feature. It is the foundation.

CE note
Credit details listed when confirmed
CE
Smile Society STL can host CE-focused learning, but the point is not to make the evening feel transactional. The most useful education continues through the questions, judgment calls, and local context shared after the formal talk.
When sessions qualify for CE credit, accreditation details and requirements should be listed clearly for that specific event.
Membership
Membership is intentionally selective. The strongest cohort is not the biggest one; it is the one where people show up with useful experience, enough humility to learn, and enough trust to speak honestly.

Interest
Tell us about your role, your practice context, and what kind of room would actually be useful.
Conversation
We look for fit, discretion, generosity, and a willingness to participate with substance.
Cohort
Accepted members are placed thoughtfully so the room has enough overlap to trust and enough range to learn.
Apply
Share enough context for a thoughtful conversation. This is not a public directory, referral network, or sales channel. It is a confidential professional society for people who will strengthen the room.
